Our Management Policies ProceduresBCDH aims to ensure that conditions of work, the attitudes, behaviours and the requirement of the job do not lead to employees being disadvantaged whether directly or indirectly. Any requests or issues will be treated with respect and compassion and where possible adjustments will be made. Acts of discrimination, unfairness stereotype, harassment, bullying or victimisation against employees are disciplinary offences and will be dealt with under the company's disciplinary procedures.
