Our circumstances are constantly changing: maybe it is a welcome addition to the family or the need to facilitate access to or within the home; or simply that our house is no longer big enough for our lifestyle.  BCDH have worked with many clients to reconsider how their homes work for them, how additional space may be the solution or whether a considered reconfiguration is a better solution.  Central to extension and refurbishments projects are the same human needs drive a new house design and that is making the most of the available daylight, natural ventilation, views, (budget) and the flexibility to adapt to and accommodate future foreseeable requirements.
