BCDH have had the opportunity to provide architectural services on a number of commercial projects which range in size and complexity from large urban shopping centres which have created significant interventions in sensitive historic locations to smaller individual mixed use projects to stunning collaborative projects to create bespoke design that enhances and exemplifies a clients’ brand.
BCDH have also worked with clients at the more programmatic end of spectrum, where construction cost is a principle driver including work for Kingspan Insulation for whom they realised a 9,000sqm extension to their own fabrication facility.
