BCDH Architects were appointed as part of the design team for ancillary structures required as part of the proposed new Waterford City Bypass bridge and Toll road in addition to equivalent developments on the M1 and M7. The maintenance facilities serve the staff requirements, storage, equipment and maintenance facilities for the 30 year operational contract and comprises a total of 800 sqm each of building in a 6000 sqm operational yard adjacent to bridge abutments.
