Modern Green aquired 19 Camden Street with a view to creating an exciting hotspot to showcase emerging talent in a vibrant cafe atmosphere and locating their office headquaters on the upper floors. The existing mid-terraced building was extensively refurbed and extended and houses the very sucessful Green 19 cafe/resturant over two floors with an external terrace area with views over the Camden Street. In order to cope with the success of the Green 19, BCDH have since been commissioned to extend the restaurant into the adjoining property. This project is currently in the detailled design process.
